- COLD CHAIN MAINTENANCE
5.1 Our Commitment
- All products are stored and transported at -18°C or below to maintain freshness and safety.
- We use insulated packaging and refrigerated vehicles to ensure the cold chain is never broken.
5.2 Delivery Packaging
- Products are packed in food-grade, insulated boxes with gel packs or dry ice (where necessary).

- FAILED DELIVERY
7.1 Reasons for Failed Delivery
- Incorrect or incomplete address.
- Customer not available at the delivery location.
- Customer refuses to accept the order.
7.2 Re-Delivery
